What can I expect for our first session? The first session usually lasts a little longer than the customary hour. We'll walk and talk and clarify your fitness goals, both short and long-term. Many clients want a benchmark or starting point from which to measure their progress. If this is the case, I am happy to offer several optional tests at no extra cost to you. Depending on your interests, this could include a complete fitness assessment, i.e., test of blood pressure, body fat, balance, flexibility, and muscular and cardiovascular endurance. |

How often do most people make appointmentswith you? Many clients like to meet one day a week, while others meet me as often as every other day. No matter how often we meet, however, I like to contact clients frequently to check in on how your programs are going, and address any concerns you may have. This helps keep you motivated and inspired, particularly in the beginning! |
